How is an employee's location known when recording attendance?
The company can add as many workplace locations as needed and assign employees to different workplaces. Upon recording attendance using the AIT app, the location of the employee will be detected and verified by the mobile device's GPS.
What if an employee forgot to record attendance?
The employee can add and edit attendance records manually from the timesheet page. The changes will not be made until the admin approves it.
Does it use fingerprint devices?
No need for fingerprint devices anymore. With AIT, employees will be able to use their mobile phones to record attendance by verifying location via GPS and identity by the phone's fingerprint/face ID.
What do I need to install to use AIT?
No difficult installment or configurations. Only use the browser to sign up and create accounts for your employees, then your employees can install AIT mobile app to access their accounts and start recording attendance. Both the admin and employees have access to the web portal and the mobile app.
Can I try AIT?
Of course! You can sign up for free, and you will get 30 30-day trial period with full access to all functions. No pre-contract is needed to sign up, neither credit card information.
